ABOUT ME

It is my pleasure to introduce myself! My name is Alison Scott, and although I was born and raised in England, Georgia has been home for the past 40 years. My husband, Alex, and I have been married for 36 years, and two years ago, we moved from the Atlanta area to begin our next chapter in Bainbridge, Georgia.

We fell in love with Bainbridge’s old-world charm, welcoming atmosphere, and relaxed pace of life, along with the convenience of being just 40 minutes from Tallahassee, Florida. Having experienced the excitement of moving to a new town ourselves, we understand what it feels like to explore new surroundings, discover local favorites, and find your place in a new community.

With 28 years of real estate experience, I bring a well-rounded background in residential real estate sales, property management, and real estate administration. My property management experience has given me valuable insight into the responsibilities of property ownership, the needs of landlords and tenants, and the importance of protecting and maintaining real estate investments.

Licensed in both Georgia and Florida, I combine my industry knowledge with a personal, client-focused approach built on clear communication, attention to detail, and a genuine understanding of each client’s individual needs. I believe that buying or selling a home should be a positive and well-guided experience, with someone you can trust by your side.
